We all want more out of life but all we have more of is stress and debt. A radical paradigm shift is needed - instead of trying to keep up with everyone else, reject the unimportant and embrace what is; your family, your community, your planet. Who cares where you work, how big your SUV is and what kind of sweat-shop shoe you wear? Teach your children well - reject consumerism and embrace self-sufficiency and family time well-spent. Respect all who cross your path equally - we are all one...

Dinner is served!
Here's my first ever solar meal! Jalapenos, lentils, hominy and hard boiled eggs. Cooker got to 200 degrees on 95 degree day. Not bad for a flower pot and a bunch of mirrors!!
